I’ve seen product teams inherit brands they didn’t shape, and brand designers hand off guidelines that never make it to production. This split creates fragmented experiences; true cohesion means owning the full system, not just the surface.

After ten years in brand and three in product, I work end-to-end because separation never made sense to me. I define visual direction, create durable systems, and ensure that what ships feels unified.
